Citizen Armor offers a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase on all carriers and covers, when applicable, for soft body and vehicle armor. We provide a 5-year manufacturer warranty on all soft body armor.
In addition, we hold a $1,000,000 Liability Insurance Policy issued through Cincinnati Insurance Company for failure; which is constituted as penetration of our soft body and vehicle armor within the testing parameters from the National Institute of Justice (NIJ).
Warranties and coverage begin on the purchase date and are valid for domestic consumers. Coverage requires product installation and usage in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
